General rules
1. General provisions
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) govern the use of the axiomams.eu website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) by visitors and purchasers (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”), the purchase of goods, and other terms and conditions related to the use of the Website. By using the Website, the Customer confirms that he/she has read these Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply with them.
2. Conclusion of the sale and purchase agreement
The Purchase and Sale Agreement shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when the Customer, having created a shopping cart and provided all the necessary data, clicks on the “Buy” button or the corresponding confirmation button. At that time, the Customer shall be deemed to have confirmed his/her order and his/her acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Goods, prices and payment arrangements
All prices of goods on the Website are quoted in euros including VAT.
The Seller has the right to change the prices of the goods at any time. The price in force at the time of placing the order shall not be changed.
Payment can be made using electronic banking systems, bank card or other methods indicated on the Site.
4. Delivery of goods
Goods are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer or to the post office of his choice.
The delivery time is indicated in the description of each item. Delivery is normally within 1-5 working days.
In the event of a delay in the order, the Seller undertakes to inform the Customer without delay.
5. Returns and guarantees
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason, by notifying the customer by email.
Returned goods must be undamaged, in their original packaging, unused and in good condition.
Some products may be covered by an additional guarantee, which is stated in the product description.
6. Client’s rights and obligations
The Customer must provide correct data and not use the Website for illegal purposes.
The Customer undertakes not to pass on his/her login data to third parties.
The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided during registration.
7. Seller’s rights and obligations
The Seller shall have the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the Website for technical reasons by informing the Customers in advance.
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time by notifying the Seller on the Website.
The Seller undertakes to ensure the security of the Customer’s personal data in accordance with the applicable legislation.
8. Limitation of liability
The Seller shall not be liable for any loss caused by the Customer’s negligence, incorrect data or the actions of third parties. Neither shall the Customer be liable for any temporary disruption of the Website or lack of access.
9. Intellectual property
All content (text, photographs, design, etc.) on the Site is the property of Axioma MS or is lawfully used by it. It is forbidden to use the content for commercial purposes without written consent.
10. Dispute resolution
All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, the dispute shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania according to the Seller’s place of business. The Customer shall also have the right to apply to the State Consumer Rights Protection Service or to use the electronic dispute resolution platform: ec .europa.eu/odr.
