Meatest 9010 multifunction calibrator is a versatile calibration solution for electrical laboratories, covering a broad range of instruments, including multimeters, clamp meters, ohm meters, power meters and power analyzers, energy meters, transducers, insulation testers, process meters and oscilloscopes.
Its voltage output supports loads up to 50 mA, making it suitable for high-consumption analogue meters. Built-in harmonic and non-harmonic waveform signals help assess instrument sensitivity to distorted signals with different crest factors. Building on the previous M14x calibrator series, the Meatest 9010 can calibrate oscilloscopes up to 400 MHz, insulation testers up to 1.5 kV and power meters up to 287 kW. It also retains key capabilities such as transducer and external sensor calibration, automatic uncertainty calculation, remote operation and straightforward recalibration.
Optional Built-In Multimeter
The Meatest 9010 can be equipped with an optional internal multimeter for measuring VDC, IDC, resistance (R) and frequency (F) process signals. Meter and source functions can operate at the same time, allowing users to measure and evaluate output signals from different transducers and external sensors.
Transducer and External Sensor Calibration
The calibrator supports calibration of sensors such as strain gauges, pressure sensors, torsion sensors and force sensors. The built-in multimeter option enables measurement and evaluation of their output signals alongside source functions.
Designed for Convenient Operation
Dedicated buttons provide direct access to each function. A large LCD displays essential calibration information, including total uncertainty, limits and connection diagrams. The relative deviation function supports UUT error calculation, while the intuitive interface allows internal functions and ranges to be adjusted without additional equipment.
Remote Control and Automated Calibration
The Meatest 9010 supports remote operation through GPIB, RS-232, USB and Ethernet. It can be integrated into custom automated setups using the communication API documented in the user manual, or used with WinQbase/Caliber automated calibration systems that support automated optical UUT readouts.
